    This complaint is for the customer service of www.DiscountWaterSofteners.com or lack of after purchase. I will say that before I purchased the unit they were very helpful %u201Cover the phone%u201D in answering questions. But, after purchase was a different story. I ordered the Genesis Premier High Efficiency High Flow On Demand 40,000 Grain Water Softener, from www.DiscountWaterSofteners.com, so their website listed resin tank as 10x47,10% resin. I was shipped a 10x44. The Efficiency model at lower price was listed as having the 10x44 tank with 8% resin. So I assumed the wrong tank was... More...
